American Injury Partners does not practise law, does not give legal advice, and is not a lawyer referral service. Nothing on this site creates an attorney-client relationship. Using this site does not make anyone your lawyer.
Who pays
This is a joint advertising service. Participating law firms pay American Injury Partners to advertise. You never pay us anything. A participating firm's fee for representing you, if you choose to hire one, comes out of any recovery and is agreed between you and that firm in writing.
How the lawyer who calls you is selected
By objective criteria only: the state where the crash happened, the type of crash, and which participating firm is available. We do not evaluate the merits of your case, we do not rank or compare lawyers, and we do not endorse or recommend any participating lawyer or law firm. Participating law firms are accessible through this service by virtue of their payment of a fee to promote their services. You may request a lawyer by name at any time, and you may decline any lawyer who contacts you.

This website and the advertisements that lead to it are attorney advertising on behalf of participating law firms. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.
Estimates and numbers
Where an estimate is shown, it is a range built from reported settlement data for crashes of a similar type in a similar state. It is not a valuation of your case, not legal advice, and not a promise. Any statement about compensation or case value on this site is a general informational estimate only. We make no guarantee about your eligibility for a legal claim, your ability to recover compensation, the amount of any settlement or payout, or whether a lawyer will contact you. Many factors decide what a claim is worth. Where no estimate is shown, none has been made.
Stories and examples
Stories on this site labelled as examples use illustrative names, dates and figures to explain how a claim can unfold. They are not real clients unless the page says so and the person has given written permission. Results vary. No story is a promise of what will happen in your case.

The figure compares average payments to represented and unrepresented claimants and is gross of attorney fees. The underlying survey dates from 1999 and has been restated in later IRC publications. It describes averages across many claims, not any one case.

Consent is not a condition of any service or of legal representation. You can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP to a text, by telling the caller, or by emailing privacy@americaninjurypartners.com. We keep a record of your consent, including a TrustedForm certificate.
State notices
Rules for lawyer advertising and referral differ by state. This service is offered only in the states listed in the check. If your state is not listed, we do not have a participating lawyer there and we do not keep what you entered.
